Joe DiPompeo, PE, SECB, F.SEI recently presented a seminar at the NJ ALPHI meeting (New Jersey Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors) on June 2nd, 2015. The seminar was entitled “The Aging Process for Houses” and covered structural issues that typically occur in homes from new homes through homes older than 100 years.
