Client Service

We strive to be responsive and responsible and here when you need us. We try to limit clients to one point of contact on each project. We have a dedicated client service manager who manages incoming calls and requests.

 

Technical Competence

We continually educate and improve our entire team. Our entire staff has monthly continuing education sessions on varied topics including engineering, quality control, risk management, productivity, collaboration, and engineering software, and personal improvement. Our principals regularly attend conferences and events and volunteer for professional organizations.

 

Innovation

We are always improving our efficiency and looking for ways to innovate in all we do. We use best in class productivity and collaboration software to manage projects and communication. We regularly update all our software, tools, codes, etc. and train all staff on their use. We look to these tools to provide us with both an innovative design and also an innovative project management and delivery system.

 

Investing in our team and community

We take care of our employees, Stake Holders, and Community. In addition to our continuing education program, our employees have a full benefits package and flexible scheduling allowing them to integrate work and private life in a way best for each of them. We spend at least two days a year at company service days and sponsor local school and community events. Some groups we have helped include: Community Food Bank NJ, Market Street Mission, Goodwill Rescue Mission, Saint Bernard Project NJ.
