Extra Space Storage Building

Structural Workshop was proud to be the Engineer of Record on this new 5 story self storage building in Ridgefield, New Jersey. The building was designed with a mat foundation and a 10’x10’ column grid-typical for ground up self storage construction. Challenges included a steeply sloped site that caused the lower two floors of the building to be a walkout on one side and a two story basement on the opposite side.
