Florida Condo, Fort Lauderdale Area

This showcases one of our Florida projects that is nearing completion. Structural Workshop provided an initial Florida Milestone Inspections and SIRS Reserve Study, identifying significant issues needing repair. We then produced design drawings for the repairs, and construction administration and special inspection services. Like many projects of this nature and many ongoing Florida building rehab projects, during construction, additional hidden damage was revealed, requiring additional assessments and details. Portions of the building are now complete and the before and after are striking. We have also included some photos during construction to show the nature and severity of the repairs. These types of repairs are occurring all over Florida right now as buildings long in need of maintenance and repair are making repairs to comply with the new Florida requirements.
