Ledjan received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from City College of City University of New York, with a focus in Structural Engineering. He is a Design Engineer at the firm with over eight years of professional experience in structural engineering and project management.
As a Design Engineer, Ledjan assists in preparation of solutions to general and engineering problems, performs calculations, and structural analysis and design for residential and commercial projects. He also conducts inspections and evaluations of existing structures, with proficiency in Local Law 126 compliance, fire escape assessments, facade investigations, roofing surveys, and parking structure evaluations.
His background includes experience as an Office Engineer/Project Manager, with practical experience spanning from hands-on construction work to high-level office engineering. Ledjan has also managed and supported a diverse range of construction and restoration projects, demonstrating a commitment to quality control, project coordination, and meticulous documentation. Ledjan is experienced in preparing construction documents, project drawings, specifications, bid comparison, takeoffs, change order proposals and as-built drawings.
